missingWrote a review on Oct 14dedicated staffexcellent breakfastdisorganized weddinginsufficient staffingcramped venue
The staff demonstrated remarkable dedication during heavy rain, maintaining a positive attitude while managing flooding issues. Our room provided exceptional comfort with a king-size bed and a well-designed layout. Breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. the overall management of the wedding event felt disorganized, with insufficient staffing and issues regarding the venue's layout, which detracted from the experience.

Family with children, beware of the restaurant
The room was large and comfy, perfect for kids and a bit of chaos. The staff were friendly and brought us extra towels without blinking an eye.
It was not inexpensive, but still okay for what we needed.

missingWrote a review on Jul 24great viewfriendly staffdated decoruncomfortable furnishings
While the view from my room was lovely and the staff were genuinely friendly, the dated decor and uncomfortable furnishings left much to be desired. Wi-Fi issues and an old-fashioned bathroom really detracted from the experience, but the breakfast was a highlight worth noting.

missingWrote a review on Jul 16friendly receptioncomfortable loungegood breakfastdisappointing meallimited dining options
I enjoyed my stay. The reception was friendly and quick. The lounge was comfortable, and I appreciated the snack and drink service. The breakfast had a good range and quality. I dined at the hotel, but the meal was disappointing. One dish was cold and had to be sent back. It was frustrating having a bad meal ruin my experience, especially since I expected more for the price. I felt lonely being single and so far from home.
The evening meal was disappointing. The location didn’t have many dining options outside the hotel.

missingWrote a review on Jul 11upgraded roomfriendly staffoutdated roomloud noise
the hotel was nice n comfy. we got upgraded to a bigger room which was super nice, and the bed was massive! the shower was good too, real strong! staff was friendly n helpful, which made our stay even better.
the room we were in at first was a bit outdated n there was a really loud noise from the radiator. also, the temp in the shower was hard to control, it was either too hot or too cold.
